We recently had booked our trip for Vietnam phuquoc with Rashmi Parmar. Overall, the experience was good and well-organized. Our itienery was planned well and she also suggested to include some shows which were highlights of our trip. She was very responsive to all queries from planning phase till our trip end. Her team was also available over app 24 by 7. All your guides and drivers were connecting few hours in advance so co-ordination with them was good. We appreciate the arrangements made and the support provided throughout the journey. However, there are a few areas where improvements can make the trip even better in the future. Our third hotel was not as shown in picture, it was mistake from hotel side as they were misleading guests. However Rashmi Parmar did help us and helped to upgrade rooms.
